Gymnasts for Change International is looking for three new trustees to help shape our next chapter as we work towards a safer, fairer and more accountable future for gymnastics.

Our 2026 Trustee Recruitment Pack introduces our organisation, our vision, the opportunities to join our Board and the experience and perspectives we're looking for.

What you'll gain as a trustee:

Joining our Board is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for survivors of abuse and current and future athletes. As a Trustee, you'll have the chance to influence the strategy of a growing, survivor-led and athlete-centred charity, work alongside a dedicated team, and use your skills, experience and perspective to help drive lasting change across the sport.

You'll also help strengthen an ambitious organisation as it develops, building on its foundations and growing momentum to create a safer and more accountable future for gymnastics.

Applications are open until Friday 13 November 2026, with interviews taking place in December and new trustees joining us in January 2027.
